DESCRIPTION:As a volunteer or volunteer coordinator\, it can be difficult to maintain boundaries in your role and with those you work with. This workshop will identify what boundaries are\, why boundaries & mental wellbeing are so important\, and how to manage difficult situations\, how we can apply mental health\, wellbeing & resilience to volunteering. \nThis training is delivered in a hybrid format.
