DESCRIPTION:VolunteeringACT is pleased to host our final online networking event of the year.\nDate – Monday 30 June 2025\nTime – 10:00am – 11:00am\nLocation – Online [Microsoft Teams]\nTheme – Communication strategies in volunteer engagement \nOur monthly networking events aim to provide a platform for professionals in the volunteering sector to come together\, share information and updates\, and openly discuss current challenges we are facing\, as we continue to adapt our volunteer programs in these ever-changing circumstances. The networking event will be hosted via Microsoft Teams by the VolunteeringACT Team\, and is completely free to attend. \nThe theme this month is: Communication strategies in volunteer engagement \nDuring this session we’ll discuss: \n\nModes of communication with volunteers\nManaging poor volunteer communication\, including non-responses\nStrategies to support volunteer communication\, including feedback and performance management\nStrategies to support volunteer engagement in training and events\n\nA meeting link will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the session.
