Creative strategies for inclusive volunteer onboarding

Our monthly networking events aim to provide a platform for professionals in the volunteering sector to come together, share information and updates, and openly discuss current challenges we are facing, as we continue to adapt our volunteer programs in these ever-changing circumstances.
The networking event will be hosted via Microsoft Teams by the VolunteeringACT Team, and is completely free to attend.

February’s sector networking session will be facilitated by VolunteeringACT’s Inclusive Volunteering Program.
In this session, we’ll be discussing volunteer onboarding and induction, and ensuring systems, processes, and paperwork are inclusive and accessible.
This will include:

  • Inclusive best practice principles
  • Application forms, onboarding paperwork and volunteer overwhelm
  • Creative and innovative case studies

A meeting link will be sent to all registered attendees prior to the session.
