This Volunteer Mentoring Training is aimed at volunteers operating in a leadership or mentoring capacity, either for fellow volunteers or participants or clients of their organisation.
This four-hour workshop will outline all that mentoring entails including the mentoring relationship journey and framework, identifying risks, maintaining boundaries, and developing mentoring skills.

Outcomes

• Build a comprehensive knowledge of a mentors’ role and responsibilities.
• Be equipped with the tools & resources to develop a mentoring program.

All attendees will receive a physical Mentoring Handbook.
