We are excited to announce that the 2026 Volunteering Conference will be held during the National Volunteer Week (18 – 24 May).

Our annual Volunteering Conference is a full day of professional development for leaders in the volunteering sector. It builds capability, fosters collaboration, and sparks inspiration within the volunteering ecosystem. The theme for National Volunteer Week 2026 and this year’s Conference is ‘Your Year to Volunteer’. It aligns with the United Nations declaration of 2026 as the International Year of Volunteers for Sustainable Development, recognising the vital role volunteers play in building sustainable, inclusive communities worldwide.

EVENT ACCESSIBILITY

• The 2026 Volunteering Conference venue (Ann Harding Conference Centre) is wheelchair accessible and offers accessible parking. 
• Sessions can be supported by Auslan interpreters – must be advised in advance.
