VolunteeringACT presents the Volunteer Leaders Seminar 2023. 

We know that the volunteering sector is constantly growing and changing, which brings significant challenges to volunteer managers and sector leaders who must keep up with new ways to engage with, and retain volunteers.   

Following the demand for our Volunteering Symposium earlier this year, VolunteeringACT has created the Volunteer Leaders Seminar, an affordable professional development event to access the latest sector trends and help you connect with other volunteer programs, managers and leaders. The event will offer a variety of sessions run by inclusion and volunteer management experts.   

During the Seminar, VolunteeringACT also will acknowledge outstanding volunteer managers through the annually celebrated Volunteer Manager of the Year Awards, Canberra region, which recognises and elevates the profile of volunteer management as a profession and its significant positive impact on our community.

• Location: Ann Harding Conference Centre of University of Canberra (24 University Dr S, Bruce ACT 2617) | and online through Microsoft Teams
• Cost: In person $50 AUD | Online $20 AUD
